Thank you for shopping with The Gift Chapter. Every order is carefully packed by us and we can't wait for your next chapter to arrive.

Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days.

During busy periods, new collection launches or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always keep you updated.

UK Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Estimated UK delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.

Gift Orders

Sending your order directly to someone special?

We're happy to include a complimentary handwritten gift message. Simply leave your message in the notes section at checkout and we'll take care of the rest.

All orders are beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal services, weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before it can be resent.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where applicable, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
